A prominent American athlete Katie Uhlaender accused the Canadian squad of withdrawing four of its six entered athletes from a recent event in New York. “The current IBSF Rules allow member nations to withdraw athletes from an event at any time,” declared the International Bobsleigh & Skeleton Federation (IBSF).
